The study aimed to identify the views of supervisors and teachers of learning disabilities program about the possibility of applying Finland's practices of supporting learning disabilities in Oman. The sample of the study consisted of 55 learning disabilities supervisors and 360 learning disabilities teachers. Their opinions were collected using a questionnaire which consisted of 59 items distributed into 4 main aspects: detection, early intervention, pre-referral strategies and referral, and diagnosis and individual educational plan program. The study results showed that the respondents had a high level of approval with the possibility of applying Finland's practices of supporting learning disabilities in Oman. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between supervisors and teachers in terms of their jobs and experience. There were statistically significant differences between the respondent's' degrees of approval on applying the Finnish practices of only the two areas; detection and early intervention and diagnosis in Oman in favor of the Higher Diploma in Learning Disability.
