This study aimed to find out about the Psychological security and the challenge for the career guidance specialists. The study was administered career on 77 guidance specialists at Alsharqiah North Governorate School The researcher used two tools. The first tool consisted of 19 clauses to measure the level of the Psychological security of the specialists. The second tool consisted of 34 clauses categorized in to 5 dimensions. The first technical challenge is related to the career guidance specialists. The second challenge is related to the educational process (the school administration, the school staff, teachers, students and the guardians). The third challenge is related to the predominant social concepts. The fourth challenge is related the to the facilities, and the required tool for the career guidance specialists. The fifth is related to the challenges that face specialists in the media side. To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used the Descriptive Relational method. To answer the questions of the study, the researcher calculated the averages, standard deviations, and Pearson correlation coefficient, ANOVA.
The study reached the following results: 1. The level of Psychological security among the career guidance specialists at
Alsarqiaht School is relatively high. 2. There are high challenges faced by the career guidance specialties at Alsarqiah
Schools. 3. No statistically significant differences at the level (a<0.05) in the levels of Psychological security the career guidance specialties at Asarqiah School staff can be attributed to differences of gender, age and qualifications. 4. There are statistically significant differences at the level (a<0.05) in the levels
of Psychological security the career guidance specialists at Alsarqiaht School can be attributed to differences in the experience as a teacher and his Experience as a career guidance specialists. 5. No statistically significant differences at the level (a<0.05) in the levels nature of challenges that face career guidance specialists at Alsharqiah. North due to the differences in gender age ,qualification, the experience as a career guidance specialist.
