This study aimed to investigate the level of dominant organizational culture of school headmasters in north Al-Batinah Region and its relation to management creativity from senior teachers' perspective. The researcher of this study used the correlational descriptive approach. The sample of the study consisted of 180 senior teachers who work in the schools affiliated with north Al Batinah directorate of general education. In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher used survey as a tool for collecting data, whereas it consisted of school organizational culture and management creativity.
The main results shows that the level of organizational culture was at the average. Also, the level of management creativity practiced by the headmasters was as well average. In addition, there were no statistical significant differences among hole indication concerning the level organizational culture practice attributed to social class-scientific qualification - years of experience.
Moreover, there were no statistical significant differences regarding the level of management creativity attributed to (scientific qualification - years of experience), with the existences of differences statistical indication attributed to male social class. In Addition, the results showed that there were a correlations between the level of organizational culture and the level creative management practiced by the headmasters of North AL-Batinah School.
The study provides several recommendations such as the importance of implementing training courses and programs which deal with the level of practicing of organizational culture and management creativity, disseminating the organizational culture to all the employees in the schools instructing them with methods of its proper practice, raising the awareness of school headmasters of the requirements of creative management's components and elements and finding a functional system for tangible and moral motives for the headmasters of schools as well as the creative employees who work with them by the ministry of education.
