The study aimed at investigating the degree of Omani's post basic education students' possession of science process skills. Data was gathered by using geographical science process skills test consisted of (35) multiple choices questions. The validity was examined by a panel of judges and reliability was examined by piloting the test and it was (0.75). The study sample consisted of (605) students, (296) male and (309) female from South Batinah Province. The results showed the following:
• The degree of Omani's post basic education students' possession of science process skills was lower than acceptable education level) 50%)
• There were significant differences at(a=0.05) in students' possession of science process skills due to student gender in favor to female. There were significant differences at(a=0.05) in students' possession of science process skills due to student achievement in favor to higher level achievement.
The study recommended to concern about developing student possession of science process skills through including these skills in social studies textbook and the way these skills been taught by teachers.
