This thesis includes, along with the introduction and conclusion, two chapters: The first one spots light on contract termination and its role in protecting the consumer, the second chapter highlights tyrannical conditions and how to face them. The thesis also includes an introduction defining the concept of Consumer linguistically and conceptually.
The first chapter includes two parts: the first one talks about the consumer's right in terminating the contract and explains if the consumer has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with the General Civil Rules. It also includes legal nature of the revocable sale. The second part shades light on the cases when the contract may be terminated and barriers against termination. The second chapter covers how to face the tyrannical conditions and protect the consumer. It also includes two parts: the development of protection against the tyrannical conditions in the Islamic Legislation and the manmade rules. The second part defines the tyrannical condition as a cause of the defective contract. It also includes some samples of the consumer contracts like adhesion contract. This part ends by showing how to face the tyrannical conditions in the manmade and legislated systems. The conclusion includes the most important outcomes and recommendations found by the researcher.
