The purpose of the study was to develop a proposed scenario for the development of school sport management in the South Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the American model of excellence. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach. A questionnaire consisting of (61) The study sample consisted of (106) employees of the Ministry of Education in the field of school sports in the province of South Batinah (teachers, supervisors, sports activity specialist, school principals).
The study found that the assessment of the members of the study sample to evaluate the reality of the school sports administration in South Batinah Governorate in the light of the American model of excellence was moderate in all seven axes (administrative leadership of school sports, strategic planning in school sports, management of human resources in school sports, School, focus on the beneficiaries of school sports, knowledge management of school sports, results of school sports management performance).
The study also found that there are statistically significant differences due to the gender variable between the responses of the sample of the study on the evaluation of the reality of the school sports administration in South Batinah Governorate in the light of the American model of excellence for females in all axes. The results of the study showed that there are differences of statistical significance due to the variable of years of experience in favor of the category of years of experience of less than five years in all axes. The study presented a suggested scenario for the development of school sports management in the South Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the American model of excellence.
