The aim of this study is to examine the impact of using Moodle in teaching Islamic education on the immediate and delayed achievement for female students of grade nine in Sultanate of Oman and their attitudes towards that. The sample of the study consisted of (57) of female students. The sample was divided into two groups: experimental group (28) female students, and control group (29) female students. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher designed two instruments. The first instrument consisted of (30) questions, and its content validity was investigated by a group of arbitrators. The reliability was investigated by applying this instrument on a group of female students not included in the real study sample, and the reliability coefficient was (0.86). The second instrument was attitude scale towards Moodle and consisted of (22) items. Before distributed this instruments to be filled, its reliability was investigated by applied it first on a group of female students not included on the real sample of the study, and the reliability coefficient was (0.80(To answer the questions of the study, the means, standard deviation and t-test were used. The data processing was achieved by using the statistical program (spss)(0.05)The study has concluded that there are significant statically differences at between the degree mean of two groups of experimental and controlled, and on the immediate and delayed achievement test favoring experimental group. There were significant statically differences between the means of experimental group pre and post test favoring delayed application. The study highlights the necessity of using Moodle in teaching Islamic education, since its effectiveness has been proved on the immediate and delayed achievement. It also recommends the necessity of constructing courses through Moodle based on good educational bases
