The god Aim of this thesis is to explain the importance of the contract of sale being the most crucial among other contracts within the Omani commercial law and it has a widespread in the real life. The following questions are answered: - What is the concept of the commercial contract of sale? What are its conditions? - What are the types of these contracts stated in the trade laws? - What are the implications of entering acommercial contract of sale? To answer these questions this thesis has been structured into three chapters: Chapter one: The concept of the commercial contract of sale and its conditions. Chapter two: Types of commercial contract of sale. Chapter three: The implications of commercial Contract of sale. The thesis has been concluded with some recommendations. The thesis has mainly adopted an analytical method through the analysis of the legal scripts stated in the Omani trade laws pertaining the regulations of the commercial contract of sale.
