The researcher focused on the rights and duties of prisoner of war, which he considers the core issue. He also, discussed the legal responsibility for violating international laws on prisoners of war and clarify the penalties for violation.
The researcher reviewed the conchusion of the most important results and recommendations reahed by his study.
