This study aimed at identifying the effect of a training program on improving teachers? self-efficacy of gifted students with learning disabilities. The sample of study consisted of 60 Omani teachers of learning disabled students. The participants were assigned into two groups: control (n=30), and experimental (n=30). To achieve the aims of study, a self-efficacy scale and a training program were developed. The scale was administered to both groups as pretest and postest. The experimental group received the training program, while the control group did not receive the same program. Results indicated that there were statistical significant differences on the postest of the self- efficacy scale in favor of the experimental group, that is these differences were due to the training program. No statistical significant differences were found due to teaching experience, qualification and major of the teachers in the experimental group.
