This study aims to discuss the issue of changing the nature created by Allah, especially with regard to the controls of the forbidden change of nature created by Allah, and its contemporary applications, which is considered as one of the important issues that affect the lives of people. Many people fall in this dilemma, in addition to the emergence of new modern jurisprudences in this field, which did not exist previously. This study will be carried out by answering several questions, the most important of which: -
1. What is meant by the concept of changing the nature created by Allah? Is it different from the concept of no change?
2. What is the difference between the permissible change and forbidden change to the nature created by Allah?
3. What are the texts on changing the nature created by Allah, which stipulates certain prohibited acts? Is the justification of prohibition, means changing the nature created by Allah?
4. What are the controls of changing the nature created by Allah? What are the objections?
5. What is the proper control of the forbidden change of nature created by Allah, which can be achieved?
6. What are the most important Sharia law stipulations, related to the using of permissible cosmetics and plastic surgery?
7. What are the significant jurisprudences and contemporary issues, which include change to the nature created by Allah?
To answer these questions, the researcher referred to numerous sources and references for the preparation of a scientific research, with a plan including an introduction and two chapters, with a foreword for each chapter. He divided the chapters into the Investigations and issues, as essential for the research requirements. Chapter one included three sections, which incorporated several issues on various subjects, the most important of which are: the justifications of the fundamentalists, the meaning of changing the nature created by Allah, the writings or opinions of jurists about changing the nature created by Allah, the jurisprudence control concept and the rule of jurisprudence, texts that prohibit changing the nature created by Allah, and controls prohibiting change of the nature created by Allah.
Chapter two, was dedicated by the researcher to the contemporary jurisprudential applications of changing the nature created by Almighty Allah, and because many of the contemporary applications focus on cosmetics and plastic surgery, the researcher believed that it is fit to begin this chapter by the legitimacy of cosmetics and plastic surgery, and then in the rest of the issues he discussed a number of examples of contemporary jurisprudential selected applications, as required by the nature of this research.
At the end of the search, the researcher made a conclusion, which highlighted the search findings, the general indexes such as Quran verses and sayings of the Prophet and media, and then a list of sources and references on which the research depend. The most important findings reached by this research are -
1. Changing the nature created by Almighty Allah, without legitimate justification, is a deviation from the normal nature.
2. Changing the nature created by Almighty Allah, includes tangible and moral change.
3. The origin in changing the nature created by Allah is the inviolability, except as authorized by the lawgiver.
4. Changing the nature created by Allah, is the justification for the prohibition of many forbidden acts included in it.
5. A general control of the prohibited change of the nature created by Allah, which was reached, is :(Making change, without legitimate justification, in the known creation, without intention of repairing defect beyond the origin of that creation, or raising harm or unbearable hardship, which goes against genetic creation.)
6. The origin in the using cosmetics, it is permissible, within public and private legitimate restrictions and controls.
7. Plastic surgeries may not be permissible unless by legitimate justification, in accordance with the legitimate provisions and controls.
