This study aims to identify the level of quality assurance of information services in learning resources centers in Al-Batina north in Sultanate of Oman by determining the level of quality standards application in management, learning resources environment, staff, information resources, services and programs and evaluation. Also, the study aimed to distinguish factors that affected level of information services quality and recognize procedures that were maintained to assure information services quality. The study used mixed method by conducting questionnaire and content analysis for data collection. Findings was presented and discussed using embedded design strategy. Study concluded that quality assurance of information services in learning resources centers in Al Batina north is in good level. The highest level of quality application was in services and programs standards and evaluation standards. Main factors that affected the level of quality are written policies and teachers cooperation while quality assurance procedures were basically limited in related publications issuance and learning resources centers evaluation forums. The study main recommendation was to conduct quality assurance of learning resources centers services that present quantitative and qualitative standards which take into consideration different characteristics of schools.
