This thesis aims to regulate the Uniform Law of Anti-dumping in the States of The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in terms of the theme of Anti dumping, as well as the thesis aims to identify the elements of the responsibility arising from the practice of dumping, and all the procedures and measures related to anti-dumping. The research included several inquiries, namely:
1. What is the definition of dumping? What are the types and effects of dumping?
2. When the responsibility starts for dumping, and what are the elements of such
responsibility?
3. How to take steps of anti-dumping measures?
4. What are the measures which inserted by the Uniform Law of Anti-dumping?
The researcher handled the replication of the said inquiries by dividing the thesis into three chapters. The first chapter dealt with the definition of dumping, fact finding of historical development for anti-dumping, discretion of dumping from other commercial practices, the types of dumping in terms of temporal, territorial and productive domain and the effects of dumping on the exporting and importing state alike, The second chapter discussed the responsibility for dumping clarifying its faults and harmful elements, in addition to discussing the causal relationship. The third chapter discussed the anti-dumping measures starting from submitting a complaint by the prejudiced party from dumping practice, after that studying the said complaint, and conducting an investigation in the case of dumping, and the decisions that arise from this investigation, and the measures which inserted by the Uniform Law of Anti dumping, which represent in the interim procedures, price undertakings and the final measures. The research conclusion has highlighted the most important findings of the researcher, which are related to anti-dumping according to Uniform Law of Anti dumping in in the States of The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, followed by a recommendation for amending and adding some provisions, which are important for Anti-dumping in the States of The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf
