This dissertation aims at highlighting the provisions of the real state brokerage contract in Omani laws through studying the concept of this contact and how it can be distinguished from other similar contracts. The dissertation addresses the provisions of this contract throughout its various stages form the conclusion of the contract until its expiry. The legal effects of the contract are also addressed through the Omani Law of Commerce promulgated by Sultani Decree No 55/1990 and the Law Regulating Real Estate Brokerage promulgated by Sultani Decree No 87/1986 as amended by Sultani Decree No 91/2010. The dissertation also addresses the reasons and advantages of such amendment.
