The purpose of this letter is to identify the law of Agency Commission in Omani law, through the procedures that should be followed to practice it and statement how is it can be record in the privet records of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, statement of the features and guarantees established by the legislator for it, As well as the sanctions for violation of its provisions, and then statement the relations arising there from and methods of its expiry, that all through the following queries:
1- What is the agency Commission, its characteristics and legal nature? 2- What are the requirements of operating the Agency Commission? 3- What are the consequences and safeguards of the Agency
Commission? 4- What are the relations arising from the Agency Commission? 5- What is the separation causes of the Agency Commission? In addition, we have all these above-mentioned topics in three chapters: where we have dedicated the first chapter of what the Agency Commission, its features than the other agencies and its legal nature, and that in three sections, as we addressed in the first section the Commission agency concept and its importance and characteristics, In the second section we talked about the distinction between the Agency's Commission and other similar commercial contracts, the third section we reviewed the legal nature of the Agency's Commission and terms of its conclusion, While we dealt with in chapter II the effects of Agency Commission & that in three themes, Section I reviews the Commission agent's obligations towards the client, The second section speaks of the obligations assigned to the agent by the Commission, While section 3 guarantees Commission agent and client, Finally, in chapter III allocation to relations arising from the Agency by the Commission and the reasons for the separation & that in two sections, the first section talks about the legal relations arising from the Agency by the Commission, and the second section talks about the expiry of the Agency Commission.
