This study seeks to emphasize the respect value of the human being and protect his dignity by not intervening arbitrarily into his private life and violating its sanctity. Such kind of abuse intensifies when the person for whom the employee works is the project owner, and consequently is subject to his authority and supervision. But should the life of this employee be violated unconditionally by whomsoever? To explore this situation in a deeper way, some questions had to be raised throughout this study such as: Has the employee a right in a private life at workplace? Is this right preserved or attacked by his employer? What are the legal means through which this right can be protected? To answer all these questions, the researcher divided this study into two chapters, of which the first was assigned to the nature of employee's private life at workplace and to what extent it is recognized, while the second was allocated to shed a light on attacks committed against the employee's right in a private life and ways of protecting it
