The Current study aimed to: 1) identify the techniques for functional integration between social workers and teachers that manifest their reciprocal roles in the school context,2} examine the relationship patterns between them in the school context, 3)identify the obstacles and difficulties that avert their functional integration ,4) examining the social worker and the teacher roles in developing student's social values, and 5) study the actual roles by the social worker and the teacher in developing ( Tidiness, Honesty, cooperation, loyalty, and responsibility ) with students.
In this descriptive study, the researcher administered a social survey in the form of standard interviews and questionnaires.
The study findings revealed the following: 1) The insufficiency of techniques for functional integration
between the social workers and the teachers in school setting to achieve student's social values. 2) The most used technique for functional integration was the "individual service " for students in the school. 3) The occurrence of obstacles related to the functional integration between the roles of social workers and teachers in the school to develop student's social values. 4) Explantion of techniques of functional integration between the roles of social worker and teacher in the school setting - - Gntext. 5) The insufficiency of the role of teachers to develop student's social values.
In accordance, the researcher proposed a recommended proposal for achieving the functional integration in the school setting regarding the roles of social workers and teachers, In addition this proposal resulted in empowering the positive role of social worker and the teacher to develop and improve student's social values from the study perspective.
