The present study aims at' knowing the reasons of student's aggressive
behavior towards the teachers from the teaching staff views in the Batinah
South schools in light of some variables. The independent variables are the
gender, teaching experience, functional so-called and the teaching
qualifications .Whereas the dependent variable is the reasons of, aggressive
behavior of students towards teachers. The researcher dragged a random
sample that represent (6%) of the total number of teaching staff for six schools
from both sexes from the districts willayets (Nakhal, Wadi al Mawil and Barka).
The sample number reached(313) from teaching staff.
For the study purpose, the researcher designed a measuring instrument which
is a questionnaire (consisted of 48 phrases) that is divided into (4) main pivots
which are:
Family nurturing, the schools organizational board and the role of school
administration, the teacher's personality, Mass Media and the modern
communication medium, depending on the Likart's five dimensions scale .The
validity and reliability was checked.
The finding of this study revealed that the phrases (9) obtained the highest means with a bigger(4.49) and the existence of statistically significance
differences in students aggressive behavior towards teachers from the teachers
staff views to the gender variable, the existence of statistically significance
differences in students aggressive behavior towards teachers from the teachers
staff views to the teaching experience variable.
Results also showed that there were not statistically significance differences in
student's aggressive behavior towards teachers from the teaching staff views
attributed to functional so-called and the teaching qualifications.
The results were discussed and the suitable recommendations were taken.
