الملخص الإنجليزي
The study aimed to identify the values of the kinematic variables of early acceleration, and study the relationship between the kinematic variables of early acceleration, anthropometric measurements, and indicators of muscular ability for the legs. The most important findings of the study are that speed and step length are among the most important kinematic variables for the early acceleration that are related to running at short distances, and that the length of the lower extremities is the most important anthropometric measurement that contributes to improving performance as a result of its great relationship with the flight time variable in the third step.
