The study of the structural narrative style in the biography of "Mohammed Eid" titled "Taste of Patience" aims to highlight the structure of events, timings, place and personalities, and to reveal the language of the author and the applied narrative methods.
The study includes an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter is designed to explore the structure of narration found in the biography through defining its terms and components, thus exposing the methodology tools. The chapter also included the origin of biography in the Omani literature, to reflect on the study of the biography and its author.
The second chapter included an application of the components of the narrative structure and its functions in the biography "Taste of Patience" through analysis and representation, in order to explore the characteristics of its narrative structure, and to know how the author applied the elements of time, methods of monitoring places and personalities, and the language and methods by which he narrated the events. Moreover, point out the consistency and relationship between the components ant its overall influence in the structure of the text.
The research concludes with a number of results obtained from the study of the text of "Taste of Patience" and its structure through deciphering its aesthetics, structure and implications and thereby opening new horizons for different visions in these types of studies.
