This study is entitled: (Ahadeeth of discontinuous in Mudawinah of Abu
Ghanim Al-Khurasani's collection, combined and narrated, a critical study).
The purpose of the study is to expose Abu Ghanim Al-Khurasani's role in
contributions in prophetic hadith, and study and judgement of Ahadeeth of
discontinuous narration in Al-Khurasani's collection.
The researcher has conducted the descriptive method on Al-Khurasani's
Ahadeeth and characteristics of his collection, and the methodologies of
Hadeeth scholars in the analysis and induction of the Hadeeths of
discontinuous narration lineage in the Mudawinah, and searching for them or
similar texts in other collective books of Hadeeth, for a study that has critical
analysis of their narration lineage, and determining comparative similarities and
differences.
The researcher has extracted a number of twenty-seven Hadeeths of
discontinuous narration lineage, with analysis and judgement of their narration
lineage and ways. It was determined that the majority of those Hadeeths are
acceptable between authentic (Saheeh) and good (hasan), with a minority of
non-authentics (Dha'eef). Al-Khurasani has had a number of Hadeeths
unique and not included in the collection of his predecessor Al-Farahidi. The
whole collection of Al-Khurasani has had counterparts in other collections,
except for only two Hadeeths.
In conclusion, the researcher's recommendation is to conduct further studies
based on Mudawinah of Abu Ghanim Al-Khurasani's, as well as collecting and
conducting studies on other narrations of Abu-Obeida's pupils that are
scattered in the region of Khurasan.
