This study aimed at investigating the relationship between Self-assertiveness and decision-making ability among religious guides' women in Ash Sharqiyyah North Governorate (Sultanate of Oman). A random sample consisted of (148 female religious guides) was selected. Descriptive method was used. Self- assertiveness & decision-making ability scales were used after finding their psychometric properties. The results of the study showed a positive significant correlation (0.01) between Self- assertiveness & decision making ability. The results also showed a significant correlation on self assertiveness dimensions; opinion independence dimension was in the first followed by social-interaction boldness dimension, emotion expression dimension, then defending rights dimension came in the fourth place. The results also showed a high level of decision-making ability on female religious guides. The research study also finding that self- assertiveness (opinion independence dimension) plays a role in predicting decision-making ability.
