Performance Appraisal (PA) is one of the most important Human Resource Practices (HRPs) in recent history. It helps the organizations in different aspects including other HRPs, as selection, training, promotion, demotion, bonus, etc. for many writers PA has become a general description for a variety of HR activities that provide feedback on employees' performance and achievements, competencies, training needs, and distribute rewards (Mulvaney, McKinney, & Grodsky, 2012). Therefore; no organization will be successful if it has no appropriate PA system.
