The study aimed to identify the relationship between gratitude and Mental Health among a sample of students in grades ten and eleven in the Governorate of South Al-Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman, whose number is (568) students, of whom (305) males, (262) females, (194) in the tenth grade (372) in the eleventh grade, the researcher used the gratitude scale prepared by (Azab,etal,2019) and the mental health scale ( Abdul Khaleq,2016). The results showed that the level of gratitude among the study sample was very high on the scale as a whole ,as well as on the level of dimensions ,and that gratitude to God came in the first order ,followed by gratitude to those who have served us with human service, and the study also showed that the level of mental health was high , and there was a relationship correlation statistically significant between the level of gratitude, and the mental health of the study sample, and the results of the study showed no differences due to the variable j sex and grade in the level of gratitude for the study sample, and the existence of differences statistically significant differences in the level of mental health for de study sample due to the variable Sex in favor of females, while there were no differences in the grade variable in the level of mental health among the study sample ,and the study also showed that the regression model was appropriate to explain the relationship between gratitude and mental health, and that gratitude can be predicted through mental health , and that both dimensions Gratitude contributed significantly to predicting higher mental health in the study sample.
