This study aimed to know the relationship between academic achievement and both the psychological pressures of female teachers and the family climate of female students in the states of the states of the Ja`lan sector in the Sultanate of Oman. And they were applied to the study sample that reached (231) female teachers and (359) students. One of the most important results of the study
There are moderate psychological pressures among the teachers in all areas of the scale. The positive climate prevails in the family side of the female students, which showed the high academic achievement of the female students in the study sample. For female students's academic achievement and achievement (but there is an adverse effect between the two variables in a low manner according to the Pearson correlation coefficient). There is no statistically significant correlation relationship at the significance level (α≤0.01) between Female students' family climate and academic achievement, however, the values of the Pearson correlation coefficient appeared positive, and therefore this has a positive effect as the family climate of female students appears positive and therefore leads to a high academic achievement, as shown in the results of the analysis. There are no statistically significant differences between the level of psychological stress For parameters according to variable years of experience.
