This study aimed at measuring the effect of a proposed training program to develop Counseling Communication skills in the Interview among the socialists in AL- Dhahira District in Oman. That will be achieved through the researcher's measurement of the dependent variable Socialists (Counseling Communication Skills in the Interview) among before the introduction of the independent variable, and after the implementation of the training program on the experimental group only. Then the researcher will compare the results of measurement of tribal and post and follow-up, and to identify significant differences between them, if any, to the experimental group; as well as compare the results of dimensional measurement between the experimental group and control group, and to identify significant differences between them, if any.
A sample of (30) socialists were randomly selected according to their need for training in Counseling Communication skills in the Interview. They divided into two groups, experimental group (15) socialists, and the control group (15) socialists, in which they proved to be equivalent. The researcher construct two groups, the first in the training program consists of (13) training session, with a time of (120) minutes for each a adopted in its activities on the Clint-Centered Counseling Theory and the Modeling Learning Theory; and measurement of the performance of socialists of the Counseling Communication skills in the Interview, in which it validated in tow ways using the item validity construct validity; the reliability coefficient was extracted using an Alpha-cronbach equation.
Results of this study revealed that there are significant statistical differences between the experimental group and the control group. That means for the all hypothesis attributed to the training program, which revealed to the effectiveness of the program in developing those skills.
