الملخص الإنجليزي
This study aimed to identify the relationship between the level of psychological security and represent the concepts of citizenship among the students of the University of Nizwa. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. Two scales of study have been applied, namely: the psychological security scale by the researcher, which included four dimensions. And the second is the scale of the concepts of citizenship prepared by a group of researchers at the University of Nizwa (Barakat and Al-Toby 2015), which dealt with the concepts of citizenship in two dimensions. The first dimension deals with cognitive, behavioral and emotional aspects. The second dimension is the temporal belonging of the past, present and future. After ascertaining their sincerity and persistence, the two scales were applied to a sample of Nizwa University students (55). Divided into (154) males and (400) females selected by the available random way. The researcher used the statistical packages program (SPSS) to analyze the sample results. The study reached the following results:

The results of the study showed that the level of psychological security among the students of Nizwa University was at the high level, both in terms of total degree of psychological security or in terms of the sub-dimensions of this concept.
The results showed that the dimensions of the scale of the concepts of citizenship in the emotional and behavioral structures of the research sample were at the high level, while the knowledge structures at the intermediate level. Given the order among these dimensions, the emotional dimension obtained the highest arithmetic mean, then the cognitive dimension.
The dimensions of the scale of concepts of temporal citizenship in the sample of the study were at the high level, and the affiliation of the present time has reached the highest arithmetic mean, then belonging to the past time, and then belonging to the future time.
There are no statistically significant differences in the sex variable between males and females in the level of psychological security in the total score of the scale. There are statistically significant differences between males and females in the dimension of trust for females. There were no statistically significant differences in the variables of the college and the school year in the psychological security measure and all dimensions of the scale.
There are no significant differences in the dimensions of the concepts of citizenship (affective and behavioral) for females. There are no statistically significant differences in the dimensions (knowledge, past, present and future). There are no statistically significant differences in the dimensions of the concepts of citizenship due to the variables of the school year and the college.
There are statistically significant differences between the level of psychological security (low and high) and the dimensions of concepts of temporal citizenship (past, present and future) and structures (cognitive, behavioral and emotional) in favor of high psychological security in all dimensions.
There is a statistically significant positive correlation between the level of dimensions of psychological security and the level of the dimensions of the concepts of citizenship.
The existence of statistical significance of the contribution of the level of psychological security at the level of temporal belonging to the past, present and future dimensions of structures (cognitive, emotional and behavioral) to measure the concepts of citizenship.
