The purpose of this research is to identify the relationship between quality of vocational guidance services as perceived by students of post-primary education in North Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman and the extent of their satisfaction with
them. The sample size was 806 male and female students, (350 male students and 456 female students). The researcher in this research prepared a questionnaire includes two areas (quality of professional guidance services, the Extent of their Satisfaction). The results of the research showed that the vocational guidance services provided in post- primary schools were of high quality and that the level of satisfaction of students with these services was of a medium level. The study also showed a positive correlation of statistical significance at the level of (a≥ 0.01) regarding the quality of the provided service from the point of view of the students and their satisfaction with the counselling service. Moreover, there were statistically significant differences at the level of (a≥ 0.05) between males and females in the level of quality of service provided based on the view of the students and the extent of their satisfaction with it. According to the average, it is clear that the differences are in favor of females and there are no significant statistical differences at the level of (a≥ 0.05) among the students of mere and applied specialization in the level of quality of service provided by the students' point of view and the students' level of satisfaction with them. There were statistically significant differences at the level of (a≥ 0.05) among the eleventh and twelfth grade students in the quality of service provided based on the point of view of the students and the students' level of satisfaction with them. According to the average, it is clear that the differences are in favor of the students of the twelfth grade. The research concluded that student satisfaction is predictable through the quality of the service provided to them.
