This thesis studies both literature: poetry and prose in the Omani-jurisprudential blogs with literary frameworks and presents forms of the Omani's jurisprudence in the ancient and modern eras. the theme considered new and its importance lies in the detection of existed literature in non-literary books.
The thesis consists of an introduction and three chapters. The introduction addresses an idea about the research foundation and background. The idea based on the fact that Hadith (Ssyings of the profit, siyra (way of life), geography and history books and others are related to literature as well as the poetry and prose Omani-jurisprudential blogs which is adopted in my study's theme.
The first chapter was theoretical and entitled: the Omani-jurisprudential blogs "emergence and development".in this chapter, the Fiqh and literature were defined and forms of the Omani-jurisprudential blogs with literary frameworks were presented taking into consideration the chronological sequence. The blogs were divided into: poetic-jurisprudential blogs and the printed prose-jurisprudential blogs. The poetic-jurisprudential blogs considered books from the book the pillars of Islam by Ibn Alnadher until the book of Fiqh in the literature framework by Abu Srour Alsmaeli. The printed prose- jurisprudential blogs considered books starting with the book of Algamee by Ibn Baraka until the book of introduction to Faith rules and restriction of religion and conditions issues by Saeed Bin Khalfan Alkhalili and Omani jurisprudential manuscripts: jurisprudential-poetic manuscripts and jurisprudential-prose manuscripts and the jurisprudential manuscripts that combines both poetry and prose.
The second Chapter entitled: the image of literature in the Omani-jurisprudential blogs. In this chapter, I addressed the study of the form of the jurisprudential poems regarding the diversity of the introduction with the Omanis who are interested in Fiqh such as nostalgic introduction, homilies introduction, homiletic introduction. The introduction was in friendship and wisdom as well. I also studied the instruction of the poems in terms of its instruction and content such as the introduction, theme and conclusion.
And then, I examined the prose: from intros and initiations, and commendation books of Figh and Fiqh literature, topics, questions and answers, and literary citations, and prayers of the literary framework. I, then, discussed the prose's aspect such as introductions, initiations, eulogy of the jurisprudential books, jurispridential-literliterary topics, questions and answers, literal quotations and literary-framework invocations.
The third chapter entitled the literature concept in the Omani jurisprudential blogs which is the title of the thesis this chapter includes the following research points: poetic lexicon(its words-its resources-implications- the eurhythmics structure which is represented in the external music (rhyme-rhythm and its defections)- the inner music represented in (letters and their vocal characters, repetition of words, embellishments) and the
artistic image (dimensions- means of description).
Moreover, I discussed prose as well by mentioning prose selections from some of the Omani jurisprudential blogs. The discussion was in terms of stylistic, artistic and musical manifestations, Quran verses Hadith and Arab poetry quotations and the intertextuality came at the end of chapter.
