This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs for educational supervisors in Dhofar Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The study attempted to achieve its goal in answering the following questions:
What is the degree of effectiveness of the training programs for educational Supervisors in Dhofar Governorate?
Are there any statistically significant differences to the degree of effectiveness of training programs for educational supervisors in Dhofar Governorate, due to he variable: sex, educational qualification, experience, and specialization?
To achieve this study and answer its questions, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisted of (46) paragraphs that included six areas: the effectiveness of the training program plan, its objectives, evaluating the content f the training programs and its effectiveness, evaluating the efficiency of the ainer, evaluating the effectiveness of the training environment, evaluating the effectiveness of the techniques and training activities and evaluating the training effectiveness.
After confirming the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the researcher had distributed the study to a sample consisting of (130) educational supervisors in Dhofar Governorate.
The researcher used the descriptive statistics to analyze the results of the study, retrieved the Arithmetic averages and standard deviations for each paragraph and each field, used t-test (t-test) and One Way Analysis of variance.

The degree of effectiveness of the training programs for educational supervisors in Dhofar Governorate was very high. The area of competence of he trainer has come in the first place, while the assessment of content of aining programs and their effectiveness in second place. the area of evaluating ie effectiveness of methods and training activities in the third place. The effectiveness of the evaluation training programs plan and objectives in the fourth place and the area of evaluating the effectiveness of training in fifth lace. The evaluation of training environment effectiveness came in the sixth lace.
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance ),05= a) between the average estimates of study sample due to changes in sex, educational qualification, experience and specialization.
Based on these results, the study found a set of recommendations. The most ruminant of them: The necessity for the training programs for educational supervisors are concerned with doing researches and field studies that serves the process of learning and education., and work on the follow-up of trainees in the field to find out the extent f implementation and realization of such training programs and to be done by e trainers and taking into account the views of trainees in the preparation of aining programs for educational supervisors.
