The study aimed to identify the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and its Relationship to Marital Satisfaction among religious cadres in the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the Governorate of Al-Dakhiliya in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher used the descriptive correlative approach, and she used the emotional intelligence scale (Al-Alwan, 2011) and the Marital Satisfaction Scale (Awawda, 2019), and the two tools were applied to a sample of (170) female employees who were chosen by the available method. The results showed a high level of both emotional intelligence and marital satisfaction, and there was a positive statistically significant correlation between emotional intelligence and marital satisfaction among the study sample. Also, the results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of emotional intelligence among the study sample according to the variable of age, the number of years of marriage, and the number of children. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of marital satisfaction according to the variable number of years of marriage in favor of the group whose marriage age is (11 years and over), while there were no statistically significant differences according to the variable of age and number of children.
