The study in hand aimed to know the relationship between the psychological well-being and achievement motivation among the students of Buraimi University College in the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consisted of (182) students: (92) males and (90) females. The researcher used the psychological well-being scale prepared by Shend et al. (2013), and the scale of motivation achievement prepared by Othman & Shaheen (2014). The results found that the study sample enjoyed a high level of psychological well-being and achievement motivation. It, further, showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between psychological well-being and achievement motivation. However, the results did not report statistically significant differences in terms of the variables of gender, social status or specialization among the study sample pertaining to the level of psychological well-being. Besides, there are no statistically significant differences between male and female students with reference to the achievement motivation, while there are statistically significant differences for each of the social status and specializations variables. The study recommended the development of plans and strategies that help students in developing positive aspects as well as attaining achievement and success in the light of their emotional characteristics and achievement motivation.
