What been observed thoroughly that those different changes been classified as an advantage in
different internal and external regions at KSA. As the biggest focus been changed from investing
on main economical resource which is the oil and gas, to a total economic diversification aspects
including tourism, technological initiatives and external wise investments. As additionally
observed by different researchers that the perceptional view of the government been changed a lot
reflecting that on the culture and social vibrant. By this the government with the lead of crown
prince shaped up the 2030 vision of Saudi Arabia. Within this the government established the
national transformation program 2020 which is by its role aimed to have an operating model
specified for the plan of transformation as different associated steps as identifying the challenge,
developing initiatives, developing detailed, promoting transparency and auditing continually
improving. By those the transformation shifted the way of thinking within different strategies
either governmental directional, culturally and socially. In general, the change been noticeable that
the attention of investment changed toward having a balance between the hard power and soft
power investments. The governmental enhancement changed toward having good relations with
different economically aspects and different input investment to have resources economic
diversifications. While, on the other hand we can illustrate that an example of Yemen war as Saudi
Arabia started with all its hard power in 2014 to serve a proxy war in the region with Iran to widely
control the security in between gulf countries. While, in present we can see that the Saudi Arabia
government are encouraging the armistice ceasefire and opening negotiations with the conflicted
parties in Yemen civil war. Which shows a different way of dealing with things in a soft power
manner. As this thesis elaborated in how Saudi Arabia gradually changed its strategy from usage
and empowerment of hard power to wisely use the smart power implementation. As it more
elaborated to compress and analysis the deployed strategies by KSA government to empower the
Saudi Arabia soft power capabilities. Moreover, this thesis comprehensibly expresses the way
Saudi Arabia modernization to reform the new era of development solving the internal tribalism
issue and increasing its empowerment through enhancing the geopolitical influence in the region.
Finally, this thesis aimed to enhance its analysis and elaboration in the future perspective of Saudi
Arabia new era and its soft power involvement to the new Saudi generation prospects under Crown
Prince leadership Mohammed Bin Salman.
