This study aims to deal with the administrative problems that facing the principle of the governmental schools in Oman. The administrative problems are different by the differences of the category and kind of the school, managerial experience to manage the school and the location of the school.
It is also trying to find appropriate solutions to problems of performance from the standpoint of the principles themselves. The simple of the study consists of 62 principles/ male and female who have been selected randomly from the directorate of the education of Muscat governorate. The study included 6 states (Muscat, Mutrah Busher, Seeb, Alamerat and Quraiyat).
To achieve the objectives of the study questionnaire has been improved a questionnaire to measure the degree of administrative problems faced by the headmasters of governmental schools and measure the degree appropriate solutions to the administrative problems.
The questionnaire consists of (40 items) and (116) a proposal solutions which distributed to seven themes: first problems related to administrative, second problems related to the problems of students, third problems related to teachers, forth problems related to financial sources, equipment's and facilities, fifth problems related to school& the community, sixth problems related to the relationship between the school& the Directorate of Education, seventh problems of curricula and textbooks.
In addition, to study the various aspects of the problems was therefore a statistical analysis of the study data by
mathematical averages, standard deviations, testing (v) for independent samples, variation, Livens test, Factor and sprains, confidence intervals, single analysis of variance, correlation coefficients of one simple Pearson, correlation coefficient grade for spearman, Alpha testing- Kronbach, the percentage and important of the percentage.
The most important findings of the field study are as follows: 1- The focused themes of the study are the problems related to financial sources, equipment and facilities. The least of the problems are which focused on the problems related to the teachers.
2- There is no statistically significant difference (moral) between the administrative problems faced by the principles of the government schools, because of the problems being functional problems.
3- The presence of significant statistical differences (moral) between the kinds of experiences and problems and that for the headmasters who have good experience.
4- The presence of significant statistical differences (moral) of the combined or overlapping or interaction between the experiences and problems, which affect good experience problems and, the degree of their existence.
5- There is statistically significant differences (moral) site with different problems, as the location of the school does not affect the degree of problems.
6- There is statistically significant difference (moral) of the combined or overlapping or interaction between sites and problems with the site does not affect at all the problems and the degree of their existence.
The most important recommendations that the study recommend:-
To help training courses and programmers for the schools, principles. - Holding work shops among the principles how have a good experience with notice principles to exchange experiences in facing the problems And solving them.
- Establishing a private section for the student's affairs. Increasing the school budgets through the authority to face the financial problems of related the financial the recourses.
