The question of the approach in dealing with the Arab-Islamic heritage was one of the most prominent epistemological problems on which Al-Jabri built his project. The college on which Al-Jabri built his intellectual project, and it also chronicles the nature of cognitive awareness - and even ideology - that the author had in that period, about his view of the nature of heritage, and the nature of the text around which heritage (the Qur'an) was formed. He sought - through this book - to build the methodological relationship that we should create today with the heritage, even though the topics of the book were extensive in talking about the philosophical heritage instead of the jurisprudential heritage and others.
