This brief study addresses the most important problems associated with determining the time and place of contracting contracts via the Internet, which are characterized by great difficulty and hardship, especially with regard to the issue of determining the time of the contract, as determining the time at which electronic contracting occurs; It is surrounded by extensive and extensive controversy, and to address this problem, as well as the problem of determining the location of the electronic contract, with which it is difficult to determine the place from which the electronic messages are sent; Also, where to receive it - because this takes place in an outer space that is difficult to determine - is not an easy matter, given the multiple and complex legal consequences and implications. This requires addressing these problems, and the solutions and means produced by legal jurisprudence to overcome them, as well as other solutions produced by legislation, laws and international agreements, as is the case for the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Commerce, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and so on.
