الملخص الإنجليزي
The jurisprudence of law Conflicts asserted that the essensse of legal would is to admit the right of the parties of contract to choose the applicable law on their international contracts. However, this item can not be executed especially in some international contracts where parties are not fixed such as international consuming contract. In such case, if the contract comes into force, it might be unequal for the consumer, so he has to be treated in a different way when apply it to him, taking into consideration the legal certainty for the consumer.
