Religious Liberty is considered one of main things that a human can have. There is great connection between the idea of Religious Liberty and its protection. By this protection, we mean to find different solutions or effective means to deal with Religious Liberty as a work act. Otherwise, the Religious Liberty contains many kinds of liberties like; Dogma Liberty, the freedom to do different Religious Rituals according to places and times. This research aims to highlight its concept and the situation of legal systems as it may be one of the most important kinds of liberties that a person can own. In addition, to show some crimes that take place against Religious Liberty and what will the lawgiver think about it?
