In order to apply International Criminal Justice on those persons and officials responsible for committing International crimes and severe violations for Human International Law, it is necessary to hold the trials in a manner ensuring the integrity of the legal procedures and providing all guarantees of the fair trial – whether for the victims, witnesses or the accused. Therefore, I divided my thesis (Guarantees to deliver the testimony before International Criminal Judiciary) into three parts. In the first part, I discussed the mechanisms of guaranteeing the right of the victims and witnesses to have protection. In the second part, I discussed the importance of countries' cooperation in order to ensure taking the protection procedures for the victims and the witnesses. Finally, and in the third part, I discussed the liability of the court to protect the information related to State National security and the privacy of the work of the international organizations.
