The study dealt with the contract of marriage in the Omani Personal Status Law in terms of its validness, spoil and its voidness, in its origin and branch, it showed the concept of validity, spoil and voidness in the marriage contract, the fundamental differences between them, and the cases where the contract is valid or invalid. The study also examined the jurisprudence and legal implications of the valid marriage, whether it is the result of the marriage contract, or it depends on the real entry of women, pointing to some observations and alerts related to legal articles. The study also mentioned the implications of the spoil and invalid contract in the Omani law - if there are any - before or after the entry, and what are the legal implications of being alone (valid and void) in marriage in all divisions? The study also examine the bases and sources on which the Omani Personal Status Law relied on codifying the types of marriage, and their implications. The study concluded with a set of findings and recommendations that the researcher calls for adoption.
