This research is an attempt to show aspects of the features of civilization in the fundamentals of jurisprudence. The knowledge of the Islamic ruling on the occurrence of incidents and facts that have not been mentioned in the text, and did not talk about the former jurists because of their absence in their time, make the assets of jurisprudence valuable methodological wealth lead to reason to solve problematic texts and the sequence of events.
The origins of fiqh can be described as [the model of higher islamic thought] expressed in the spirit of religious civilization. This is due to its rotation around the texts of the legislation. Therefore, I consider the subject to be important in two ways. First, it deals with the kind of knowledge system that should govern our lives, The system and its adequacy (Usool al-Fiqh). The second is that it is exposed to life, where there is a lot of dialogue, and the meetings and symposia were held for them. I have been keen to look at the features of civilization in the fundamentals of jurisprudence intellectually and socially; and in this inventory face; that civilization lies in the righteous thought, and the orderly meeting of human life.
