The research aims to reach the relationship between school psychological stress and self-efficacy, among grade ten students in the Sultanate of Oman, during the academic year 2022/2023, using the descriptive, correlational survey method. The final research sample consisted of (649) male and female students from the tenth grade in the Sultanate of Oman, who were selected in a simple random way. The School Physiological Stress Measurement and the Self-Efficacy Measurements were applied to them. The results indicated to; tenth-grade students in the Sultanate of Oman suffer from school psychological pressure at a medium rate, on the other hand they are characterized by high self-efficacy. There is a positive relationship between school psychological stress and the self-efficacy of tenth-grade students in the Sultanate of Oman. Also, the result shows there are no statistically significant differences at a level of significance (α≤0.05) between the averages of the tenth-grade students in the Sultanate of Oman in both the school psychological stress scale and the self-efficacy scale, due to the student's gender. And there are statistically significant differences at a significance level (α≤0.05) between the averages of the tenth-grade students in the Sultanate of Oman in both the school psychological stress scale and the self-efficacy scale, attributed to the governorates. In light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations were presented, the most important is providing awareness programs for school students about the obstacles in the school environment, their causes, and methods of confrontation, to reduce the level of school psychological stress among them, the participation of students in making some school decisions, and the development of a love of preoccupation with work, interest in providing effective educational environments commensurate with recent developments in the world of technology
