The objective of this study is to identify the practicing level of the digital leadership and its relation with the quality of career life for teachers in the governmental schools in Sultanate of Oman. And according to the variables representing on (sex, academic qualification, years’ experience, educational governorate) and for the purpose of achieving the objectives of this study ; a descriptive and relational analytical method has been used as well as constructing a questionnaire that consists of (66) elements and it is divided into two parts: the first part is about digital leadership and contains 36 elements and the second part is about career life quality and contains (30) elements. After verifying the reliability and validity of the questionnaire; it has been sent to a sample of (406) teachers from the governmental schools from the following provinces (Muscat, Al Dhahirah, Al Dakhliya in Sultanate of Oman).
The findings of the study show that the level of practicing of the digital leadership from the managers of governmental schools in Sultanate of Oman from the point view of the teachers is generally high, and with a high level with all dimensions. The ranking of dimensions according to the highest arithmetic average is as following: knowledge management dimension, then digital citizenship dimension, then innovation dimension, then persuading dimension, then risk dimension, and then decision making dimension. Also, the findings of this study show that there is statistically significant differences in responses of the study sample to the level of practicing of the digital leadership from the managers of governmental schools in Sultanate of Oman at significance level (α ≤ 0.05) and this is due to the impact of sex variable in all dimensions and on the total mark and for the favor of (women).
The findings further show that the quality level of career life for the teachers in the governmental schools in Sultanate of Oman in their view point is generally high,The study concludes that there is a positive correlation statistically significant between all the dimensions of digital leadership and the dimensions of the quality of the career life, and the strength of such correlation is ranked between weak and medium.
