Based on the study's results, several recommendations were made, including providing all necessary resources, financial and human, to implement strategic plans for the development of academic performance. It is also necessary to increase the delegation of authority to school principals to enable them to effectively implement strategic planning processes, thereby contributing to the development and improvement of their schools. Additionally, enhancing communication programs between schools and the community is important, as it enables schools to analyze the external environment, understand its needs and requirements, and contribute to developing positive attitudes and desires towards improving school performance. The study also emphasizes the need for the specialized vocational training institute to provide training programs that contribute to the development of future foresight skills, event prediction, and improvement of the education system in Oman. Furthermore, there should be a focus on follow-up and supervision of school principals in implementing school plans, with feedback provided by the educational administration supervisor.
