The current study aimed to identify the mindfulness and its relationship to emotional regulation among ministry of endowments religious affairs employees at Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consists of (270) employers (86 males and 202 females. The researcher used a mindfulness Scale adopted by Salahat and Zaghoul (2018), which consist of (27) items distributed on five dimensions (observing, describing, acting with awareness, non-judging, non-reactivity) and emotional regulation Scale was adopted by John and Gross(2003)translated by Al-Maskari (2002) which consist of (10) items was divided into two dimensions (perceptual reevaluation and change suppression). Correlation descriptive design was used. The results showed that the level of mindfulness was high (Mean= 3.46), and the level of emotional regulation was high (Mean= 3.68). Regarding correlation coefficient, the results showed that there was significant positive correlation between mindfulness and emotional regulation. According to variables, the results showed that there was no significant difference in mindfulness and all domains due to sex variable except not interacting with experience domain in favor of males. Regarding emotional regulation, the results showed that there was significant difference in emotional regulation due to sex variable in favor of males, the study recommended the preparation of training programs for female employees on who to deal with internal experience and interact with it.
