The study aimed to reveal the extent to which biology teachers in south Batinah employ twenty-first century skills from the point of view of early teachers and supervisors, and to reveal the extent to which there are
differences in the degree to which teachers employ twenty-first century skills according to gender (male - female) and years of experience. The researcher adopts the descriptive-analytical approach, which is considered more appropriate for the study in light of the objectives he seeks. The study community includes all (65) senior teachers and educational supervisors of
biology teachers in public schools in the Governorate of South Al Batinah for the academic year 2022/2021. The study was conducted on a random sample
of (58) primary teachers and supervisors of biology teachers in government schools in the Governorate of South Al Batinah, using the (SPSS) statistical
program. The twenty-first century, from the point of view of supervisors and early teachers, came to a high degree, as the arithmetic average reached (3.73),
the employment of biology teachers in the Sultanate of Oman of modern technical skills The employment of biology teachers in the Sultanate of Oman
of effective communication skills came at a medium level, as the arithmetic mean reached (3.59), the employment of biology teachers in the Sultanate of
Oman of effective communication skills came at a high level, as the arithmetic average reached (3.89), the employment of biology teachers in the Sultanate
of Oman of participatory skills came at a high level, reaching The arithmetic mean (3.77), the employment of biology teachers in the Sultanate of Oman of
creative thinking skills came at a high level, as the arithmetic mean was (3.66).
The study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is maintaining the medium level of application of the skills of the twenty-first century and considering the level of possession as one of the means of the annual evaluation of the teacher.
