This study aimed to know the impact of electronic management on the development of the administrative institution, through the employees of the Ministry of Endowments & Religious Affairs. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach for this study, using the study tool, the questionnaire, to collect data and information from the employees of the Ministry of Endowments & Religious Affairs. The questionnaire was distributed to (1880) employees through the electronic correspondence program (My Office) approved by the Ministry, and the response was (30%), which is equivalent to 563 questionnaires that were filled out electronically.
The analysis and results have proven that there is a positive impact of electronic management in the development of the administrative institution as the efforts were reduced to complete the tasks, completing them in a timely manner, and reducing the financial cost of the institution. Employees assert that electronic management contributes to the participation of employees in decision making, stimulates the spirit of creativity and self-development for them, and reduces effort and time for them.
The electronic administration faces some obstacles in the institutions, which are the interruption and slowness of internet networks, which stop the process, as well as the delay in maintaining and updating systems and applications that hinders the use of electronic management correctly.
The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between electronic management and the development of the administrative institution in (gender and occupational level), and there are no statistically significant differences with (age and years of work).
The results also show through the Pearson test that there is a statistically significant relationship between electronic management and other axes (performance efficiency - performance quality - speed of completion - cost).
Finally, the researcher recommended raising awareness among workers in the governmental and private sectors of the importance of the studies, filling out the questionnaire with all credibility, increasing interest in human competencies and training them on an ongoing basis, and guaranteeing private financial budgets to ensure the proper functioning of the electronic administration.
