This study aimed to know the effect of administrative creativity in its four dimensions (fluency, originality, flexibility, and a sense of the problem) on job performance in higher education institutions in the governorates of North and South Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman. Where the researcher used in his study the descriptive analytical method to reach the results of the study, where the study sample consisted of 213 worker in higher education institutions in the governorates of North and South Al Sharqiya, and the researcher designed an electronic questionnaire to collect data and information, and then the researcher used the SPSS statistical program for analysis and treatment. Where the results of the study shows that the level of administrative creativity and job performance in higher education institutions in the governorates of North and South Al Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman was high. There is also a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α≤0.05) for the dimensions of administrative creativity (originality, fluency, flexibility, Sense of the problem) on job performance. The study also reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: intensifying efforts and paying attention to providing incentives and material and moral rewards for workers, establishing a special system and regulations for incentives according to accurate scientific standards that guarantee excellence and creativity in performance, establishing a department or incubator for creativity to support creators, setting clear and accurate standards and foundations for the detection of workers Distinguished people and investing their energies, continuing to work on the participation of subordinates in making decisions and delegating authority, issuing a periodical magazine concerned with the topics of administrative creativity and its importance and methods of development and development among workers, and highlighting or highlighting the creative workers in the magazine to encourage them to continue creativity.
