This study aimed to know the impact of the democratic style in
administrative leadership on organizational behavior through its following
dimensions (at the individual level - at the group level - at the institution level) in
government institutions, considering that administrative leadership is an
important process and a basic necessity in all institutions, whether they are in the
sector public or private sector because of their role in achieving excellence and
success. A field study was conducted on a stratified random sample of 150
employees in a number of government institutions, and the descriptive analytical
approach was used to study the effect of the democratic style of administrative
leadership as an independent variable and organizational behavior as a dependent
variable. Democratic leadership in administrative leadership on organizational
behavior in its three dimensions, and this study was characterized by identifying
the democratic pattern as one of the types of administrative leadership in
government institutions in the Sultanate of Oman, and to present a new addition
to the field of scientific research, especially areas concerned with improving
organizational behavior among workers in government institutions, and finally
this study came to open the door about the impact of the democratic style in
administrative leadership in achieving organizational behavior, and expanding the
fields of study, whether by studying other styles of administrative leadership, or
studying the style Democracy and its impact on organizational behavior in private
institutions.
