Thi study aimed to study the effect of applying total quality management on the performance of administrative workers in the Ministry of Health in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was designed to study the variables of the study problem in order to test its hypotheses. In order to reach the expected results of this research, there will be a descriptive and analytical study through the research questionnaire as a main tool in collecting primary data, which will be distributed to the employees of the Ministry of Health to include experts, consultants, general managers, department directors, heads of departments, and employees. The study sample amounted to (230 employees) The results of the study indicated that the total quality management at a statistical significance in the performance of administrative workers in the Ministry of Health in the Sultanate of Oman is statistically significant at the level of statistical significance (a = 0.05). This may be due to what TQM achieves in terms of providing workers with accuracy, speed, and skill in performing work, relying on collaborative teamwork, and supporting creativity and innovation. The results of the study showed that the support of senior management is statistically significant at the level of statistical significance (a = 0.05), which indicates that there is a statistical effect of the support of senior management on the performance of employees, with a statistically significant effect between the two variables. This indicates that the support of senior management makes employees feel that they are the subject of attention, respect and appreciation from their leaders, and this makes them commit to performing their job duties with quality and distinction at work. The results of the study revealed that support for effective leadership is statistically significant at the level of statistical significance (a = 0.05), which indicates that there is a statistically significant effect of effective leadership on the performance of employees between the two variables. This result indicates that the leaders in the Ministry of Health in the Sultanate of Oman are a role model and ideal for workers in all their behaviors and professional practices, and therefore they make more efforts to obtain the support of their leaders and support them in performing the various tasks, duties and responsibilities.
